Upon submitting a Custom Request you will be charged a non-refundable $200. We will then compile a bid for the work requested based on our affordable rate of $150/hour. If you accept the bid then the $200 will be credited toward the total cost of the project. If you choose to not accept the bid the $200 will not be refunded.

In the case that we decide that the custom work requested cannot be completed or cannot be completed within the desired timeframe, then you will be refunded the $200.
