Often we get requests that our Customer Support team can assist you with, free of charge. Please make sure your request is not one of these. Here are some common requests that our Customer Support team can walk you through:

  • Changing the “Add to Cart” button text
  • Filtering/Organizing orders and/or contact
  • Setting up FTP access
  • Adding a UPS Calculator & Shipping Rules
  • Setting up a payment processor
  • Adding product variations
  • Adding/Updating pages and page elements
  • Adding/Updating meta information

If you are unsure if your request qualifies as “Custom” please call our Customer Support at (801) 434-8582 before submitting a Customs Request.

“Non-Custom” requests are accepted in the case that you just want us to do the work for you. The standard $200 deposit and $150 an hour Custom Request rate will still be applied to all “non-custom” requests.

Each Custom Request is subject to a non-refundable $200.If you accept the bid then the $200 will be credited toward the total cost of the project. If you choose to not accept the bid the $200 will not be refunded. In the case that we decide that the custom work requested cannot be completed or cannot be completed within the desired time frame, then you will be refunded the $200.
