When submitting your Custom Request please make sure to include as much information about the project as possible. The more accurate and specific the information you provide us, the quicker we are able to respond and move forward with your request.

Below is a list of information that you will need to submit a Custom Request. Be sure to have the following information available when filling out the Custom Request form:

• Contact Information (phone, email, address, etc)
• License #
• Project Type
• Detailed Project Description
• Desired Project Timeframe
• Examples of desired work (ie, website urls, design layouts, etc)
• Budget
• Billing Information

Each Custom Request is subject to a non-refundable $200. If you accept the bid then the $200 will be credited toward the total cost of the project. If you choose to not accept the bid the $200 will not be refunded. In the case that we decide that the custom work requested cannot be completed or cannot be completed within the desired timeframe, then you will be refunded the $200.
