Upon submitting a Custom Request you will be charged a non-refundable $200. We will then compile a bid for the work requested based on our affordable rate of $150/hour. If you accept the bid then the $200 will be credited toward the total cost of the project. If you choose to not accept the bid the $200 will not be refunded.

If the custom work requested cannot be completed then you will be refunded the $200.
